Dear list, Is there any Bioc. package to analyze protein microarrays? I had a look at the software list, but couldn't find one. Moreover, is there any book such as "Bioconductor case studies" or "Bioinformatics and Computational Biology using R and Bioconductor" but focused on protein microarray analysis? Thanks, Javier

Dear Javier for the data analysis, there are many analogies and similarities to analysis of nucleotide-based arrays, so maybe can you say in which respect you think those existing methods are not sufficient for your data / what you need in addition?
