Hey Try exonmap. It involves installation of MySQL. If you don't want to do that then try aroma.affymetrix. They have a very comprehensive website http://www.aroma-project.org/ Gaurav Bhatti -----Original Message----- From: bioconductor-bounces@stat.math.ethz.ch [mailto:bioconductor- bounces@stat.math.ethz.ch] On Behalf Of Jinyan Huang Sent: Monday, August 02, 2010 4:44 PM To: Bioconductor mailing list Subject: [BioC] Human Affymetrix Exon microarrays Hi all, Do you have some packages recommend for Human Affymetrix Exon 1.0 st microarrays? More generally, have a look at http://www.bioconductor.org/help/workflows/oligo-arrays/, and in particular the section "Pre-Processing Resources". \Heidi > Hey > Try exonmap. Exonmap has been deprecated in favour of xmapcore http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/xmapcore.html It still requires a MySQL database be installed locally, but no longer requires you to install the Ensembl database as well Tim On 02/08/2010 22:04, "Bhatti, Gaurav" <gbhatti at="" med.wayne.edu=""> wrote: > Hey > Try exonmap.
