Hi pelizzola, The AMS value get from MEDMEset object is from 1 to 32. I know this is because set MEDMEextremes = c(1, 32). These extremes is set to avoid to predict infinite absolute methylation score. But when look at the distribution of ams value, most of value is 1 to 10. How to compare the partly methylated status? I also want to compare it with our pyrosequence data, the value of pyrosequence data is given 1 to 100 percent. it is not compareable. Thanks.
