Using oligo to do rma, I end up with an expression set object whose elements are in log2 space. Is there some quick way to unlog (square) them to get absolute intensity values back? Andrew [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi Andrew, I am not using oligo but if you have an ExpressionSet object xs containing data on log2 scale, then the values on linear scale will simply be 2^exprs(xs) Note that this is exponentiation not squaring: 2^x and not x^2.
