Dear List Members, I have posted a new series of introductory level workshops on R, microarray analysis, next generation sequence data, clustering, programming and compound analysis in R. More information on these tutorials can be found on this page: http://facility.bioinformatics.ucr.edu/home/workshops Members of this list are welcome to sign in for any of these events. Not these specific workshops, but there have been quite few in the Boston area in the past. For instance, Vincent Carey organized/instructed some in the past years: http://www.bioconductor.org/help/course-materials/2009/ To get more specific information, you might want to contact Patrick Aboyoun. He used to keep track of the Bioc course situation. If you would like your event publicized on the Bioconductor site, just let me know. To see what is coming up, you can always check the Courses and Events pages, both accessible from the main bioconductor.org page: http://bioconductor.org/help/events/ http://bioconductor.org/help/course-materials/ Thomas, I will add the Riverside courses to the site later today.
