Hi, we are trying to analyze 52 chips, with 4 treatments in Limma. They load up fine, boxplot, etc. Design is ok, but when we run > fit <- lmFit(MA, design) Error: (subscript) logical subscript too long I'm not sure what this means, and would appreciate any help.
