The following improvements and modifications have been made: Ensembl Genes 61: Addition of new species Meleagris gallopavo (Turkey) Anolis carolinensis new assembly (AnoCar2.0) C. elegans updated to WS220 LRGs added to the Human region filter Added miRBase filters and attributes for D. rerio VARIATION FILTER->Variation Type now has an "&" in place of a "," for compound filters as this caused issues for the biomart code which resulted in incorrect filtering. CDS start (within cDNA) and CDS end (within cDNA) added to the Sequence attribute page-> Transcript Information section CDS start and end (exons) added to the Sequence attribute page-> Exon Information section The following filters and attributes have been removed: HGNC_curated_gene + transcirpt HGNC_automatic_gene + transcript MGI_curated_gene + transcript MGI_automatic_gene + transcript Ensembl Variation 61: Added new species Monodelphis domestica (oppossum) and Felis catus (cat).
