Dear Chao-Jen, I recently noticed that the iFlow package was back up on the devel branch of Bioconductor, but I got an error message when I tried to install it: > source("http://www.bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") BioC_mirror = http://www.bioconductor.org Change using chooseBioCmirror(). > biocLite("iFlow") Using R version 2.12.1, biocinstall version 2.7.4. Installing Bioconductor version 2.7 packages: [1] "iFlow" Please wait... Warning message: In getDependencies(pkgs, dependencies, available, lib) : package ?iFlow? is not available Is the package still unbuilt, or can I install it some other way? Thanks once again, Gabriel Kaufman McGill University Complex Traits Group ________________________________________ From: Wong, Chao-Jen [cwon2@fhcrc.org] Sent: February 4, 2011 4:08 PM To: Gabriel Nathan Kaufman, Mr Cc: bioconductor at r-project.org Subject: Re: [BioC] iFlow and current Bioconductor release Hi, Gabriel, The iFlow package has not been able to built before we release BioC 2.7, so we took it out of the branch. We are, however, trying to fix the bugs such that it can be put back to the development branch (2.8) as soon as possible. Meanwhile, we will change the maintainer's email address. Thanks for noticing the defunct address. I will get back to you as soon as the package can be built again. Thanks, Chao-Jen
