Hi, I was wondering if there is a problem with downloading the affy package via the getBioC() function. I tried a number fo times always with the same result, that the affy package fails. Could you please give me a hint what might be going wrong? Make sure you're using the latest copy, if you cut & pasted directly from your web browser, make sure that your browser isn't using an old cached copy for instance. -J
