Hi bioconductor mailing list, I have severall datasets and all of which share 2 reference samples. I want to do a normalization that takes this into account, so that each dataset is normalized against its own reference. In the end I would like to have all datasets normalized in this way, so that when thrown into a PCA the reference samples cluster together. Your help is greatly appreciated!
