Hello, My version of R is 2.12.1 Using DNAcopy library, I have created CNAobject then smoothed then segmented. Using the 'subset' and 'plot' functions, I can create plot and can observe the what seems to be amplification and deletion area. My question is, is there a way I can create a table of a DNAcopy object and have a column that says the segment is amplified/deleted/no change? The 'summary' function does not provide this information and I want more definitive result than just looking at the graph and estimating. Thank you in advance.
