Dear bioconductors, I would like produce a table of agilent array annotation from the following db package; ls("package:mgug4120a.db") I was wondering if there is a way to dump all probes and a selected set of annotation for the probes. Probes that are missing annotation are still reported but with no annotation. Thank you for any help on this. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Hi John, Maybe you wanted to do something like this?: head(toTable(mgug4120aCHR)) If this doesn't answer your question can you pleae be a bit more specific about what you want? It's pretty hard to know (from this end) if you don't spell it out for us pretty explicitly.
