Hello R experts, I'm new to R and am having some difficulty in graphically displaying grouped columns in a heatmap using heatmap.2. I'm dealing with genetic haplotype data and want to somehow display each haplotype (eg a1,a2,b1,b2,etc) grouped with each other. Possible ways I've thought of have been to draw connections between them, print the row labels in different colors for each, or using rowsep to extend a separator only through my first two columns (can only get it to go through an entire column so far).
