Hi Matt, and BioCs I am about to start an analysis of a manually curated dataset built upon ~80 GDS's (Mouse 430 2.0 platform) I wonder if there are plans to support that platform in near-future releases of frma. Ariel, Just download and install mouse4302frmavecs and you should be good to go. Thanks from your prompt answer Matt, I realized that the frma vignette does mention that mouse4302 is supported! (my fault!) Hi Ariel, Is this not what you are looking for? http://www.bioconductor.org/packages/release/data/experiment/html/mous e4302frmavecs.html I use these to analyse a set of Affymetrix mouse 430_2 plus arrays.
