Dear all, randomisation or resampling is viewed by some as an alternative to correction for multiple testing such as Bonferroni or Holm. Is there any package implementing such an approach in microarray analysis? Hi January, The siggenes and samr packages both estimate false discovery via randomization. January, Also have a look at mt.maxT and mt.minP in the multtest package, and perhaps the function 'permax' in the equinymous package.
