Dear Sean, I am new to Lumi and am trying to analyze 450k data (illumina exaple data). My queries are Is it possible to makesample groups and perform differential methylation analysis between groups in Lumi. For example data contains replicates and three goups as non-methylated, methylated, hemimethylated.
