Packages reproducing phylogenetic tree from output of MEGA

There are various packages on CRAN to cope with phylogenetic analysis. I wonder _*which package can read the output from other phylogenetic softwares, e.g. MEGA, and reproduce the phylogenetic tree*_. I want to produce a picture which combines the phylogenetic tree and the structure of each gene. [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

APE is an R package that reads newick format and has a lot of options to plot phylogenetic trees. Ron This mail was sent via Mail-SeCure System.
