You need to attend to at least two concerns. First, the disk location where the main installation occurred needs to be visible to the slaves. Second, the shared libraries assumed present for full use of the master image should be available on the slaves. Without additional details, the best I can advise is to be sure the latest version of BiocInstaller package is installed in R 2.14, and then read carefully the man pages of biocLite and install.packages.
