Dear all, Version 2.1.0 of the globaltest package is now available. Globaltest tests whether the expression profile of a geneset/pathway is associated with a clinical variable. Main new features of version 2.1.0: - The possibility to adjust the test for the presence of confounders or for other known risk factors. This also allows the test to be used with data from a more complex research design. - A new diagnostic plot sampleplot which allows easier assessment of the influence of individual samples on the test result. - Inclusion of standard errors in geneplot (geneplot assesses the influence of individual genes on the test result).
