Dear all, I have installed oneChannelGUI (CPU: Intel(R) Xeon(R) E5607 @2.27GHz (2 processors); RAM: 32 GB; OS: Windows 7, 64 bit) following the installation procedure. I load oneChannelGUI package and at the beginning it seems to work but when I try to select the targets file a black window opens and I cannot go on. Any error message doesn't appear on the R interface. Sometimes the same type of problem occurs after loading the 3' IVT .CEL files, when I have to assign a name to the dataset. But even when I can assign the name to the dataset and click on the QC menu to select the intensity histogram tool, the same black window appears. I tried to use affylmGUI package but I encountered the same problem. Can anyone help me?
