It should be fixed now. Don't forget to click Reload/Refresh to make sure you have the latest version. I assume you are talking about from: http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/affylmGUI/ clicking on "Documentation (with screenshots)" and then on "Estrogen data set" The image files were in the wrong directory on the affylmGUI webserver. Should be fixed now. The documentation from R was OK though, e.g. from the Help menu of affylmGUI, click "affylmGUI Help", or from R, type help.start(), then click "Packages", then "affylmGUI", then "overview".
