While working on the WGCNA for the given dataset,I am facing a problem in between i.e. getting zero dimension error,don't know why. Please help me -- output of sessionInfo(): sft = pickSoftThreshold(datExpr, powerVector = powers, verbose = 5) pickSoftThreshold: calculating connectivity for given powers... ..working on genes 1 through 1000 of 631066 Error in cor(data, data[, c(startG:endG)], use = "p") : 'x' has a zero dimension. In addition: Warning message: In is.na(cols) : is.na() applied to non-(list or vector) of type 'NULL' -- Sent via the guest posting facility at bioconductor.org.

I have this same problem only for the command 'cor': Error in for 'x' has a zero dimension
