Hi, I am new to R and recently I have been using the package CummeRbund. Having some outputs from Cuffdiff, What command do I need to write if I want to analyse a subset if the significant differential expression testing data? E.g: transcript differential expression testing output: 400 significnat transcripts, then of these I want to substract a set which I want to analyse with cummerbund. any help is appreciated! ib
