My sys admin won't install ImageMagick past version 6.2.8, which is apparently stock for RedHat in my company, therefore making it difficult to install EBImage. I am wanting to use bwlabel in EBImage as an object identifier for a 2D binary image. Is there a work around for this or another known package that performs a similar function as bwlabel in the R world? Thanks [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
