Hello, I am trying to learn Limma using the provided Guide (from http://bioinf.wehi.edu.au/limma/) but it seems that the files that are used as examples (e.g., two-color arrays) are not provided as part of the package. Is there a way I can download these example files? Thanks, Noushin
