Dear all, I am presently using getGeneSim() of GOSim package. As an output of this function I am getting an n X n matrix, where n is the no. of entrez ids. Now my question is how I will get the names of the corresponding entrez identifiers for which the matrix is generated. Because if I use a list of 1000 entrez ids, it could be the case that some of them are filtered out due to the annotation problem.. Thanks in advance, Best regards, Anirban
