Dear all, In the near future we will be running supervised clustering experiments as a routine analysis in the lab. Can anyone give me an opinion on what may be the best software and or hardware that would be useful to use if we are doing this as routine. Many Thanks for your input Steve. Dr. Stephen Moore

You may wanna consider our 'supclust'-package which is available from CRAN. It implements two algorithms for supervised clustering, Wilma and Pelora. Dear Steve, In our lab, we have found this implementation of clustering quite useful. It is based on the work of Michael Eisen at Stanford. This version is a faster implementation of the various clustering methods.
