Dear list, I have done a gsea analysis, There are two groups: patient and control. I made a mistake by take patient group as control group. Do I have do the gene set enrichment analysis again or just could use the results I have by change the positive value such as enrichment score to negative value(like 2.3 to -2.3)? I mean do these statistics have same absolute value? Thank you. Best regards, Yong [[alternative HTML version deleted]]
