Hi, CummeRbund 2.0.0 will not build on my system because it claims that the BiocGenerics version is 0.2.0 vice 0.4.0. I installed what I think is the latest BiocGenerics which is externally labeled 0.4.0 . When I check the version with installed.packages() it reports back as 0.2.0. Did I miss something? I'm not sure what you mean by "externally labeled". > When I check the version with installed.packages() it reports back as 0.2.0. > > Did I miss something? > Sounds like you wanted to upgrade to Bioconductor 2.11. These commands should do that for you: source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R") biocLite("BiocUpgrade") After upgrading, you should have BiocGenerics 0.4.0.
