Are there functions to read cel files for the Affymetrix tiling arrays, the so-called SNP chips? If not, is there some documentation/advice on "how to implement your own ReadAffy method"? Thanks. -francois [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

All you have to do is make a cdfenv for the mapping array and then you can read it in just like any other Affy chip.
