I would like to use the best procedure to merge Affy U133A and U133B ( with RMA normalization) from different sets on the same samples. Have you some ideas ? Philippe

Hi, Philippe. I believe you are saying you have the same samples run on U133A and U133B? If so, since U133A and U133B contain different content, so you can safely normalize separately and then combine the normalized results.
