Nima Thank you. Can you provide a (minimal) transcript of the commands you issued, and the exact error message you get (e.g. what is the URL looked for but not found by firefox?) ^Dear Wolfgang Thank you so much but I solved the issue somehow, there is no any error message, but the image doesn't show automatically with my browser, I have to go to my Temp folder and open it manually so if you have any hint, I would be really grateful Cheers Nima On Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 9:56 PM, Wolfgang Huber <whuber@embl.de> wrote: > > Nima > > Thank you. Dear Nima, many thanks for reporting this issue! Could you please check whether the example from the documentation of the 'display' function results in the same error? Try running the following commands: f = system.file("images", "lena-color.png", package="EBImage") x = readImage(f) display(x) If you still keep getting the error please copy the contents of the address bar of your browser and send it to me. Additionally, could you provide the complete path (i.e., beginning with c:\ ... or similar) to the Temp folder containing the generated images and the listing of its contents? I look forward to hearing from you soon. Dear Andrzej I solved the issue, but I came to know that if you have searchqu toolbar installed on your browser it prevents the images to get open, so I removed it and it worked out cheers Nima On Tue, Mar 12, 2013 at 10:53 PM, Andrzej Oleś <andrzej.oles@gmail.com>wrote: > Dear Nima, > > many thanks for reporting this issue!
