Hi: In sample 1 (where 4 different conditions were analyzed using cufflinks), using cummberbund, how to get significant number of splicing events? Any other way to do this. Appreciate your help! thanks Adrian

Adrian, Please provide more information about what you have tried and what you want to do. Which cummerBund vignette are you following (User Guide or Workflow)? It looks like Workflow section 7 is intended to cover differential splicing. Is this what you are interested in?
