Dear all, The new pathview package will be formally released with the new Bioconductor 2.12 soon. The pathview R package is a tool set for pathway based data integration and visualization. It maps, integrates and renders a variety of user data on relevant pathway graphs. Although built as a stand-alone program, pathview may seamlessly integrate with pathway (and functional) analysis tools for a large-scale and fully automated analysis pipeline. ?
