Hi,
I recently upgraded to R v3.0 and Bioconductor v2.12 and am having
problems
installing customCDFs. I downloaded the "cdf" and "db" files (v16)
from the
brainarray website (http://brainarray.mbni.med.umich.edu/Brainarray
/Database/CustomCDF/CDF_download.asp) and then used "R CMD INSTALL
..." in
terminal to try to install the files. This worked fine for the "cdf"
files
I tried but for the "db" files I get the error below. I'm running R
on OS
X 10.8.3. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Max
