Hi there, I am new to Next Generation Sequence data. I would like to practise the NGS data analysis following the manual " High-throughput sequence analysis with R and Bioconductor, Carlson et al, June 2012". Unfortunately the sequence sample packages like "SequenceAnalysisData" or "SequenceAnalysis" are not available for downloading in Bioconductor. Any suggestions on how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance, Xiaolian [[alternative HTML version deleted]]

Unfortunately the probably better to use the most recent version of that material http://bioconductor.org/help/course-materials/2013/SeattleMay2013/ with current R-3.0.1.
