Hi, I'm trying to install package "mogene20sttranscriptcluster.db" for the annotation associated with the mouse_2.0_st arrays. However, I got a warning message saying that this package is not available. Any help is greatly appreciated. You need to install the current version of R (R-3.0.1) and then re-install BioC.
