Hi, Alex, Small question regarding the "plotProfiles" function. I try to change the format for the figure produced since it's too small to be visualized especially the font and legend size of the go term but I found the function cex.axis or cex.lab under par() are not working for the plot. I'm wondering whether there is function to fine-tune the visualization of plot for publication purpose. Another question regarding to the results. "fisherGOProfiles" is the function to find the significant different GO term, right? But the output give all the GO term and P value including the ones that are not significant different? Is there a filtering function to get only the significant different GO terms and genes corresponding to the difference of the GO term since I used AGI number as input from Arabidopsis GENE ST1.1 array.
