Hi Minni, This is more of a general R question rather than a Bioconductor- specific one. It's rather easy to split the row names and I'm sure ?strsplit would go a long way in explaining how to do that. The question is, what do you want to do with it, once splitted? Do you want to keep the first element, last element, etc? All the best, Aliaksei.
