I'm new to R.I find a book on how to use Bioconductor.Beacause of the book is old and the version has changging geatly,I have problom to find a package,which has the samiler role with ¡®edd¡¯-tools for evaluating cohort distributions of gene expression levels .Can you tell me the efficient way about how to choose the approprita packages when I just kown what I want to do on the data.Thank for your time.Looking forward to your early reply. Dear 594898865, If I understand your questions correctly, Limma is a giid package for what you want to do. AffylmGUI or OneChannelGui aregraphic user interfaces to Limma.
