Dear all, I am trying to get familar with SAM. the Excel version does not seem to have the option to specify a value for s0 (the fudge factor). However in Siggenes, we can use the defaut setting (the fudge factor is computed automatically), or assign some values in terms of quantiles of the standard deviation of the genes. is there some sort of "rule" on how to choose the value for s0?
