Loading gal files with marray

There are some cases when a gal file has the grid-row-column in this order as described by the header of the file: Block\tColumn\tRow\t... (I think that usually it's Block\tGrid\tColumn\t...) and in this particular case the function read.Galfile() will read the Row and Column columns incorrectly.
