Hi all, I'm working on a data browser that integrates Rstudio's Shiny with Gviz. If I wanted to show group means with confidence intervals in a Gviz DataTrack object, how could I achieve this? The visualization would be similar to ggplot's geom_smooth() with the confidence interval shown as a shaded band around the group mean. In general, is it possible to define a custom visualization for DataTrack? Smaller question (not sure if I should make a second post) - if I wanted to change the font size on the legend, how do I do that? Fantastic work with the package, Florian and the Gviz team - the objects are very easy to use, stack, and it's really quick to generate polished graphs that put data in the context of genomic annotation.
