Dear spliceR developer,

I need some help interpret NA values in spliceR results.

In the results returned by spliceR(), some columns ("spliceR.ESI", "spliceR.MEE", "spliceR.MESI", "spliceR.ISI", "spliceR.A5", "spliceR.A3", "spliceR.ATSS", "spliceR.ATTS") may contain missing values - NA.

When a transcript consists of only one exon, there is no alternative splicing events, so these columns should be NA. But in case of multi-exon transcripts, under what situations will we get NA?

Thanks,

-HL

You will get NA's if there are only one transcript in the gene (since then there is no other transcripts to compare to).

Hope this helps.
