Hi, I'd like to be able to use the normalization functions of the affy package and the graphical/statistical functions of the affylmGUI package. Ideally it would be good to convert the affy classes into a .lma file for direct input into afflmGUI. Does anyone know if this is possible?? Alternatively is it possible to convert the separate components of the affy pacakge (e.g affybatch and exprset) into classes that can be read by affylmGUI? Thanks for any help! Gareth
