Entering edit mode
I get the following error when running the following command in r:
buildindex(basename="my_index", reference="genome.fa", memory=4000) error: You need at least one point five gigabytes of memory for building the index.
I solved the memory error. Now the problem is that the index is not generated.
It says:
File './subread-index-sam-002219-2TqB3a' is inaccessible.
