The link to the helpful DESeq2 Beginner's guide is broken. The new link, given as http://www.bioconductor.org/help/workflows/rnaseqGene, doesn't work. Could you please update the link or direct me to where this useful guide can now be found?

It might take a few more weeks. You can still find the old Beginner's Guide for Bioconductor 2.14 at the link below. I believe that all the code in this old version of the guide works with Bioconductor 3.0.
