Hi, Does RMA affects mumber of cell files ? means, more cel files RMA can get better results because I have only 6 cel files. (3 Knockout vs 3 wild type) Or MAS 5 is better? thanks, Saurin -- |------------------------------------------------ | Bioinformatician | | Department of Cell Biology and Anatomy | Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) | 173 Ashley Ave | Charleston,SC - 29407 (US) | | Email: jani@musc.edu | Phone: (843)792-5483 |------------------------------------------------

Hi Saurin, RMA works well with as little as two arrays. It is an interesting question how RMA compares to MAS if you have very many replicate arrays - has anyone ever looked at that?
