One simple question. In your ConnectivityMap package, dataset "rankMatrix", what are the numbers for each probe_ID mean?

I don't see a ConnectivityMap package in Bioconductor. Is that the correct package name? If this isn't a Bioconductor package, then you need to contact the author/maintainer, rather than asking here.

The cmap data is from the Broad; we offer it with their permission. I believe you can find the answer to your question in their help docs, which can be found here:
