Dear..

I am looking for the MEDIPS bioconductor source code for the MEDIPS.couplingVector function (and any other MEDIPS source code) but get the following error:

Errno::ECONNREFUSED in Codes#show

Showing /data/itoshi/search.bioconductor.jp/search/app/views/codes/show.html.erb where line #38 raised:

Connection refused - connect(2)

This happens both when I search for MEDIPS.couplingVector through the Bioconductor Code Search site (http://search.bioconductor.jp/) and via google (fx. http://search.bioconductor.jp/codes/15515)..

Does anyone have an idea what might be happening and how potentially to solve it?

Can you just download the source code locally to your computer and search through it using your favorite text editor?

If the package is installed, then since it's R code and whether or not it's 'exported' from the NAMESPACE simply

MEDIPS:::MEDIPS.couplingVector
